Do you recognise your father, mother, grandfather, grandmother in them?

Around 16 months back, once the second wave of Covid had receded, we decided to roll out with full steam our Vision Program for Elderly Program called the Shravan Kumar Prakalpa. We are delighted that yesterday we completed 2000 eye camps. In these camps more than 3 Lac patients were examined, given spectacles and medicines and 37 thousand were taken to hospitals for free cataract and retina surgeries. Many of them, living in remotest areas were reconciled to a life of vision impairment. These camps were held in 33 districts of MP, one (Lalitpur) in UP, and Jhalawad in Rajasthan. The first 1000 camps were held in 9 months and the next 1000 camps were held in 7 months. 

We are delighted to have a played a role in bringing light to the lives of or elderly. Ans reach this milestone just at the time of the Festival of Lights
