Start of our new Residential School at Sandalpur (District Dewas MP).

This month we have started our much awaited residential campus with 320 children from mainly tribal communities of 3 districts (Sehore, Dewas, and Khandwa). The campus is spread over 17 acres and expected to be scaled up to much greater numbers in time to come. We already have hostels in Mandla district and of course Start of our new Residential School at Sandalpur (District Dewas MP).

81 boys and girls from Daarijungle island of Sundarban admitted into Parivaar residential institutions.

33 girls in Parivaar Sarada Teertha and 48 boys in Parivaar Vivekananda Sevashrama. This island has a very difficult access and one has go via Dhamakhali in a boat. We have done preliminary survey in 8 such islands in Sundarbans and plan to admit some 300 odd children in all from these islands in coming 81 boys and girls from Daarijungle island of Sundarban admitted into Parivaar residential institutions.

Major Campaign towards Tobacco De-Addiction among Children in Sheopur Villages

While the problem of tobacco consumption among adults and even teenagers is commonly prevalent in most areas of MP, it came as a shock to us to find children as young as 5 years old (both girls and boys) addicted to tobacco consumption (they call it pudiya) in villages of Karahal block of Sheopur district. Announcing Parivaar Swasthya Setu Prakalpa

Since February, we have started another impactful initiative using the Seva Kutir Platform – providing logistical support for healthcare access to patients of all age groups for various diseases and disabilities. 250th Seva Kutir opened

We are delighted to announce that we have reached the milestone of 250 Seva Kutirs (meals and education centres) in selected tribal pockets in 8 districts of MP. We now have 67 Kutirs in Sheopur, 30 in Mandla, 45 in Dewas, 42 in Sehore, 28 in Chhindwara, 28 in Khandwa, 7 in Vidisha, and 4 250th Seva Kutir opened

Mega Vision Restoration Camps conducted in Sheopur today (14th March).

Organised by Parivaar Sheopur Seva Kutir team in collabiration with Sri Sadguru (Ranchhoddas) Sankalp Netra Chikitsalay in 2 locations of Khirkhiri and Bargawan in Karahal block, where in all 334 patients mobilised from 70 tribal villages were examined and 110 are being taken for Cataract surgeries. More than 200 given spectacles and offered medication. Also Mega Vision Restoration Camps conducted in Sheopur today (14th March).

Parivaar Seva Kutirs in Dindori

We are happy to share that Parivaar Seva Kutirs are entering 8th district in MP – that of Dindori on the eastern fringe of the state. Dindori has mainly Baiga tribes which are classified as a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group. Dindori, which was earlier part of Mandla district, has an overwhelmingly large percent of tribal Parivaar Seva Kutirs in Dindori
